“Metropolitan Tales” is an exhibition of acrylic paintings presenting the artist’s implication of innocent characteristic of human beings through the distinctive language of art creation. The exhibition tells the stories of people growing up in the fast-track of capitalist society. That behind those stories hidden with the awareness of the instability of emotions which constantly be observed from all the lost hopes, the fulfilled dreams or the traditional lifestyle that is gradually fading. The results have a chain effect on their fragile life and mind which has turned out to be many tales that are repeatedly retold in our joyful Metropolitan over and over again.

The opening reception will be on June 21, 2010 : 6.30 pm

นิทรรศการศิลปะ “นิทานมหานคร” คือนิทรรศการแสดงผลงานจิตรกรรมสีอะคริลิคที่พูดถึงการเปรียบเปรยบุคลิกภาพอันไร้เดียงสาของมนุษย์ ผ่านภาษาเฉพาะทางจิตรกรรม เล่าเรื่องราวความจริงของวิถีชีวิตที่สมหวังและพลาดหวังของผู้คน ที่เติบโตท่ามกลางระบอบทุนนิยมแบบก้าวกระโดด วิถีชีวิตดั้งเดิมเลือนลาง ความหวัง ความฝัน ได้แฝงการสังเกตุและการรู้เท่าทันความไม่มั่นคงของอารมณ์ ซึ่งล่อแหลมต่อชีวิตและจิตใจอันเปราะบาง ส่งผลกระทบเป็นลูกโซ่ ในนิทานที่เหลื่อมล้ำ ซ้ำซ้อนกันอยู่ในมหานครแห่งความเพลิน

พิธีเปิดนิทรรศการจะมีขึ้นในวันจันทร์ที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2553 เวลา 18.30 น.
